Susan Miller

Susan is the co-founder of Miller Klein Group. Building on her diverse experience in business, including HR recruitment at a top investment bank, Susan has amassed a strong roster of clients that rely on her to fill human resources and administrative support roles in their companies. She knows how to find great talent and skillfully assesses their capabilities and compatibility for prospective employers. With unmatched client service skills, Susan consistently builds our open job roster and candidate pool with highly praised referrals.

Susan started her career at Lord & Taylor in an executive training program for buyers. She went on to work in media at the Radio Advertising Bureau and then joined Bankers Trust where she first gained considerable experience as an HR generalist and then became a dedicated recruiter. Susan moved to the agency side of HR almost 20 years ago and hasn’t looked back. She loves finding great talent for top- notch companies and is thrilled to make those matches day in and day out.

Susan graduated SUNY Albany with a BA in Communications and later earned her MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. Lesley and Susan started MKG in 2009, with the shared conviction that people always need people, even during a recession. They are proud of their firm’s ongoing growth and emergence as a leader in HR and admin recruitment in the NY metropolitan area.

When not working, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, poodle, and huge extended family. Whenever possible, she listens to great biographies on Audible and rides the Peloton bike in her basement, often at the same time.

Lesley Shorr Klein

Lesley is the co-founder of Miller Klein Group. As a highly regarded recruitment professional, Lesley co-leads the Miller Klein Group team to provide high level service to clients and candidates. Lesley has worked diligently with clients to ensure they hire the best talent in the market. She has developed a client roster of top tier firms across numerous industries. In addition, Lesley works closely with candidates to help them land a great new role. Lesley combines her passion for working with clients and candidates to offer a first-class service.

Lesley attended Lehigh University where she studied Psychology with a French minor. She went on to receive her MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. Prior to starting her own recruiting firm, Lesley’s career grew from Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner to Head of Human Resources. Lesley and Susan joined forces in 2009 forming the Miller Klein Group, and they haven’t slowed down since!

In her free time, Lesley loves spending time with her two sons, extended family and friends, hiking with her dog Teddy, reading a great novel, and binge-watching Netflix. Otherwise, you can find her at the ballpark catching her son’s baseball games.

Liz Schneiderman

Liz joined the MKG team in 2014 bringing a strong recruiting background and a great sense of humor, making her a perfect fit! She spent 10 years in talent acquisition within the retail sector, working for Pivotal Search Group, a division of the Haley Stuart Group. She recruited C-level executives for top clients on a national scale, on both contingent and retained searches. Liz’s keen ability to source and identify qualified candidates for very specific searches contributed to her success at Pivotal and propelled her to a seamless transition in the Admin and HR space. Liz has also cultivated strong client relationships in the financial services and biotech industries. Her warm and approachable demeanor is one of her best qualities. She holds a BA in Psychology/Business from Ithaca College.

In addition to being a great Recruiter, Liz is the most fashion-forward team member at MKG. She has styled her colleagues and has amazing taste. In her free time, Liz enjoys barre class and socializing with friends. She also appreciates time spent with her husband, 3 great sons, and an energetic new puppy named Zeus.

Victoria Corsini

Victoria joined the MKG team in 2021 as a Recruiting Coordinator with a great organizational and technical skillset coupled with a strong team-player attitude. She joins us after having worked as an HR Assistant for Catholic Charities of Long Island where she honed her tactical HR administrative skills while seamlessly onboarding many new hires. Victoria attended SUNY Oswego and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. During her time at Oswego, Victoria held an HR internship with WestRock, a paper manufacturing company, where she had the opportunity to expand her knowledge in many facets of HR. She has now found her perfect fit at MKG where she will continue developing her recruitment skills

In her spare time, Victoria can be found navigating NYC with her friends or spending quality time with her family. More importantly, she can almost always be found with her favorite friend, her dog Oliver, whether that be going on walks or sitting on the couch with a good book.
