Top tier hedge fund is seeking an administrative assistant to support the marketing team. Responsibilities will include heavy calendar management, travel and expenses, maintaining information in CRM database, creating and editing PPT decks, managing investor lists, and any administrative work that will help move the team forward.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 1-2 years of relevant admin support experience. Must have supported a team in a fast paced environment. Must be fluid and flexible and be able to shift priorities as needed. Must be able to multi-task, have great technical skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook – required; CRM and Concur preferred) and strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a true team player.
