Team Administrative Assistant


Boutique and growing asset management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals. Responsibilities include meeting planning and coordination, travel planning, expenses, and event planning. Work closely with other Administrative Assistants to support the group. 5 days in office.


The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment, financial services experience preferred. Must have supported a team of professionals. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and technical skills required. Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills required. Must be a strong team player.
