Summary
Global Professional Service firm is seeking a Director of Talent Management to join their New York City office reporting into the Head of Learning and partner with the CHRO. In this role, you will lead the global talent strategy, including performance management, talent and succession planning, leadership and talent development, career development, as well as organizational design and change management support to meet the evolving needs of the growing business and culture. Seeking Director who can build strategy, processes and procedures while also handling tactical work. Provide best practices, insights, consultation and coaching on topics such as leadership, team dynamics, learning design, change management and feedback. Will use data and analytics for talent development decision-making within a matrixed organization including policies, budget, program delivery, evaluation/feedback, and measurement of business impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, 7+ years of Talent Management experience desired within professional services, financial services or consulting. Should have experience designing and implementing Talent Development Programs, and strong ability to inspire, coach and consult leaders through change and transformation. Should possess excellent verbal communication skills and software skills; experience in Cornerstone or Workday a plus.
