Growing Fintech company is looking for a leader for their small talent acquisition team. Will work to streamline lateral recruiting including identifying top talent through LinkedIn searches, manage third party resources and create long term partnerships. Establish best practices of contract creation, candidate selection, offer process and onboarding. Create campus recruiting initiative from the ground up and work to develop talent acquisition team to own the process. Use Greenhouse to manage applicants through process and onboarding. Report directly to the head of HR and manage one recruiter with the potential to grow the team as needed.
Completed BA/BS required. A minimum of 10+ years of experience with time spent in financial services or tech is required. Must have experience as a lateral recruiter and exposure to the campus recruiting process. Must be proficient in complex ATS programs, Greenhouse a plus. Experience managing a team.
