Global investment management firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to manage a small team of HRBPs and together provide coverage for about 2,000 employees across multiple front office and support areas of the firm. As the Senior HRBP, you will build strong relationships with the management of each division, provide support in employee relations, talent management, performance management and training and development. Work closely with HR team to provide well-rounded HR support to your businesses and manage other HRBPs. Develop relevant training programs as needed working with outside vendors to implement. Work closely with other HRBPs to ensure full coverage across the firm.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years of relevant HRBP experience and some management experience. Financial services experience and HR partnership with front office areas are both required. Excellent skillset in employee relations, training and development, performance management and succession planning. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in strategic, consultative skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Must be high energy, team oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and have proven relationship building experience.
