Senior Employee Relations Specialist/HRBP

Summary

Global, top tier investment firm is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist / HRBP to join the team. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of employee relations on a global scale including conducting investigations, advising on ER issues, coaching managers, and working closely with senior business leaders and HR colleagues in the US and internationally. The role will also include enhancing best practices in employee management, performance management, policies and procedures, and internal communications around these areas. Will also get involved in ad-hoc projects and HRBP support as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including an extensive background in employee relations/deep knowledge of local and federal labor laws. Must have financial services experience, with a preference for experience at a hedge fund, asset management firm, PE firm or VC firm. Experience at a family office is a plus. Must have proven success in building relationships with business leaders in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Must have a keen analytical mind with an ability to evaluate HR data. Must be strong team player.
