Top fintech company is seeking a great assistant to support their growing client services team. Will help to prepare and distribute daily platform metrics to client team. Assist team with delivering market content to entire client base, including dealers, hedge funds, asset managers and systematic clients. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation for client related inquiries. Work closely with CEO as well as client team on any ad hoc projects that arise. Back up client team as needed. Currently in office 3 days per week.
Completed BA/BS required. Must have 2 – 3 years in a client service or administrative oriented role with knowledge of financial markets. Must be eager, market-aware and detail oriented. The successful candidate must operate with a high sense of urgency and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. Strong software and technology abilities required with great writing and editing skills. Must be proficient using Bloomberg and/or Salesforce.
