Summary
Investment bank is seeking a Roadshow Coordinator to support their Capital Markets marketing efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating a high volume of all roadshow logistics: travel, hotel, local transportation and catering. Coordinate Investor meetings, events and calls; heavy calendaring, invites, tracking RSVPs, running reports, preparing PPT decks, tracking details in Excel, and preparing marketing materials. Liaise with departments across Investment Banking.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 3+ years of administrative experience in financial services. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and top notch technical skills in MS Office. Must be detail oriented, have great coordination skills and be a strong team player. Must be flexible on work hours as needed and be a great problem solver.
