Hedge fund seeking Assistant/Office Manager to support the research team and handle office management (true 50/50 split). Will support team with calendar management, scheduling and meeting/call preparation. Will assist with internal/external communication as well as process expenses. Research support responsibilities could include compiling research packets, preparing earnings call transcript and financial models, aggregate and submit conference one-on-one meeting requests for the research team, handle corporate event coordination. Assist with ad-hoc projects. Office management responsibilities will include vendor communication, ordering supplies and managing kitchen inventory and daily lunch orders the office. This role is a 5 day in office role with little to no OT beyond 5pm.
BA/BS required. Must have 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience in fast paced environment. Must be proactive and take initiative as a self-starter. Must understand how to prioritize tasks and projects. Strong technical/software skills required. Flexibility for OT as needed. Must be able to roll up sleeves to help wherever needed.
