Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinator

Summary

Mid-sized professional services firm is seeking a recruiting/onboarding coordinator to manage and support campus and lateral recruiting through onboarding new hires. Provide initial contact to potential candidates, conduct first-round interviews, and work with search firms, candidates, and partners to schedule next round interviews. Coordinate with core campus schools for  recruiting including career fairs, interview schedules and small group gatherings. Create/maintain job descriptions and post open positions. Take on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree plus 2-3 years of human resources or recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience required. Experience in consulting, finance, legal or similar is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and tech-savvy with experience with applicant tracking systems required. Must be detail oriented and have a proven track record in a fast paced environment. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
