Global top hedge fund is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support a small team of Recruiters covering senior level roles. Responsibilities include heavy interview scheduling, meeting and greeting clients, scheduling feedback sessions, tracking candidates through the interview process, writing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience. Additional responsibilities include capturing analytics in Excel, creating recruiting strategy presentations in PowerPoint, and developing best practices for RC process while providing leadership, input and feedback to more junior RCs on the team.
The ideal must have a college degree plus at least two years of recruiting coordination experience, financial services experiences preferred, and preferably covering senior level roles. Must be extremely detail oriented, proven success in a fast-paced work environment, and a strong team player. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS). Must have best practices to leverage and impact change.
