Global top investment firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a small team of Recruiters covering open roles at all levels. Responsibilities include heavy interview scheduling, meeting and greeting clients, scheduling feedback sessions, tracking candidates through the interview process, writing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience. Will prepare offer letters, offer packets and initiate background checks. Will update, conduct analysis and format recruiting data for presentations and quarterly management meetings. Will assist with campus, on-site and internship event planning by: booking meeting spaces, ordering catering, securing A/V, communicating with campus stakeholders (career center contacts as well as on-campus clubs), scheduling meetings and coordinating other logistics, as needed. Work on ad hoc projects as they arise and cover other recruiting assistants as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree plus at least two years of recruiting or similar high volume coordination experience, financial services experiences preferred. Must be extremely detail oriented, proven success in a fast-paced work environment, and a strong team player. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills. Must be willing to travel to campuses as needed. Experience using ATS or CRM systems is required.
