An exciting and fast paced recruiting agency, we are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist with the full cycle recruiting process. Responsibilities will include: heavy candidate scheduling, database management, a high volume of communication management for candidates via calls and emails, extensive research using LinkedIn as well as other database resources, and ad hoc projects. Will get exposure to all areas of talent acquisition as well as the clients we work with. Will create and edit job descriptions, bios and resumes as needed. Will monitor inboxes and respond to candidates and clients. Highly promotable role and easy transition to a recruiter at our firm or an in house HR/Talent Acquisition role on the corporate side. Candidate will receive great training and support to guarantee success in this role and to launch their career long term.
The ideal candidate must have a completed BA/BS plus 6-12 months of office experience. Must have strong technical skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and experience with a CRM database is a plus. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented and have a high level of discretion. Strong team player mentality is required. Role can be fully remote if desired.
