Boutique financial technology company is looking for a Recruiter/HR Generalist to lead full cycle recruiting efforts (both lateral and campus) and to also work on HR projects related the entire employee lifecycle. Build company brand presence on LinkedIn and Built In. Help to streamline onboarding process. Work directly with senior management and hiring managers to ensure the process is handled effectively and efficiently. Role will also involve drafting job descriptions, posting roles, screening, scheduling and drafting offer letters. Help create a strategic creative on-campus presence and undergraduate recruitment process. Will work on a small HR team reporting to the most senior HR executive. Will work on ad hoc HR projects related to other areas of Human Capital which could include training and development, succession planning, diversity, mentorship program, onboarding and compensation. Role requires flexibility to work in person 1 to 2 days per week as needed.
The qualified candidate must have a college degree with 7+ years experience with at least 3+ years experience in lateral recruiting plus experience working in one or two other speciality areas in HR. Must have experience with no fee sourcing as well as building agency relationships. The ideal candidate will have used Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and Handshake. Must have experience working at a small to midsized professional services firm. Strong communication skills and an ability to develop strong relationships with business leaders and managers is required. Willing to roll up sleeves and work on projects and initiatives at all levels. Must have strong technical skills including experience working on a HRIS, ATS and Excel. Comfortable working in person and also remote.
