Top Financial Services firm is seeking a Campus Recruiter to assist and contribute to managing the recruiting efforts for North America. Coordinate and manage scheduling and logistics for Superdays and various events including booking travel when necessary. Track candidates in recruitment system, monitor the progress, and update feedback. Travel to campus to oversee events and present to students. Also assist with mid-level lateral recruiting. Need to be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience as a Campus Recruiter or 2-3 years of experience as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator, Banking preferred. Should have strong communication, interpersonal and technical skills – Workday a plus. Must have the ability to work independently, roll up your sleeves, and manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach. Ability to handle lots of details, with strong attention to detail and work under pressure.
