Boutique Venture Capital firm is seeking a Recruiter to the own the full cycle recruiting process. Will manage and execute end to end hiring process including writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and engaging and fostering relationships with agencies. Plan and support the internship program – maintain relationships with campus representatives in addition to external recruiters and diversity partners. Serve as subject manager expert and process owner of ATS system (Workable), updating all hiring processes within the system and training teams to use it. Responsible for tracking hiring and recruitment data and metrics, providing a quarterly report. Role is in office 3-4 days per week.


Bachelor’s Degree required, asset management/financial services preferred. Should have 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience and strong Microsoft Office, Excel and PPT skills. Strong organizational and communications skills needed. Must have ability to work independently, multi-task and manage deadlines. Track record of quickly learning new systems and knowledge of Workable a plus.
