Exciting and rapidly growing boutique luxury goods company is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to join their team. Work directly with hiring managers. Source candidates using no and low-fee sourcing. Manage the candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.  Provide high touch service to candidates to ensure a smooth and productive recruiting process.


The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant recruiting experience including strong sourcing skills. Experience in a small, start-up/rapidly growing environment is a plus. Must have great written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, great decision making skills, and be adept at relationship building internally and externally. Must be excited about working in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment.
