Global financial services firm is seeking a high volume, full cycle Recruiter. The Recruiter will work directly with hiring managers, source candidates via no-fee and agency opportunities, screen all candidates, manage the candidate through the entire process, negotiate offers and work closely with HR to ensure a smooth process.


The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7+ years of relevant HR/recruiting experience in financial services. Must have strong assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, be adept at relationship building internally and externally, and experience working with an ATS.
