Leading investment management firm is seeking a Recruiter to focus on sourcing and full cycle recruiting. The Recruiter will source candidates via no-fee and agency opportunities for the small team plus handle full cycle recruiting for their own open recs, will work directly with hiring managers, screen all candidates, manage the candidate through the entire process, manage the offers and liaise with coordinator to get new hires onboarded. The Recruiter will evaluate candidate assessments and provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers.


The idea candidate must have a college degree plus 2-5 years of relevant recruiting experience. Must have either worked in-house within financial services or covered financial services on the agency side covering a multitude of roles. Must have strong sourcing skills, strong assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, be adept at relationship building internally and externally, and experience working with an ATS.
