Prominent NYC based mid-sized Law Firm is seeking a receptionist/assistant to join their dynamic support team. This individual will serve as an ambassador of the firm and be the first point of contact for in-person visitors. Responsibilities include answering and directing telephone calls, greet, announce, and escort guests, reserve conference rooms, maintain appearance and organization of front desk and reception area. Will provide back-up administrative support to Attorneys and their support teams by processing invoices and expense reports, entering attorney time, scheduling, and additional projects that arise. The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing, professional services environment. Candidate should be professional with a polished demeanor and excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication along with strong computer skills is a must. Must be a punctual, organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
