Summary
Global industrial services company is seeking an Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist in the flow of the business. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will cover reception, meeting and greeting guests, answering calls and routing appropriately; schedule meetings in the conference rooms and set up A/V & catering, coordinate travel arrangements, order and maintain office supplies, create and revise documents, maintain and update lists, assist with event planning, and provide back up support to the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of administrative support experience, a college degree preferred. Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills, efficiency in a fast paced environment, and great attention to detail are required. Must be a team player.
