Receptionist/Administrative Assistant


Exciting investment firm is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, calendar management. Arrange and set up/book conference rooms for meetings, ordering food, setting up equipment, and some travel arrangements. Order and organize office and kitchen supplies and track inventory. Will also assist the Office Manager in daily tasks, prepare reports and other ad hoc projects as needed.


The ideal candidate has a college degree and 2+ years of reception or office admin experience, financial services or professional services experience required. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be detail oriented, effective in a fast paced environment and have strong technical skills, especially MS Office. Experience in Concur is a plus. Must be a strong team player who also works well autonomously.
