Top NYC midtown law firm sees a full-time, in-office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Serve as ambassador of the firm in this great opportunity for someone who has interest in the legal industry looking to join a dynamic support team. Duties will include answering and directing telephone calls. Greet, announce and escort guests. Log visitors into building management’s visitor system. Maintain appearance and organization of front desk and reception area. Reserve conference rooms and assist with meeting arrangements. Provide administrative support to Attorneys and Practice Assistant Team including but not limited to processing invoices and expenses, entering attorney time, scheduling, basic document prep and special projects as they arise. Bachelor’s degree required; with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing, professional services environment. Must have a professional, polished demeanor with excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the firm, clients and vendors. Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills are required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
