Boutique investment bank is seeking a receptionist to join their office. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, distributing ID cards to temp staff, maintaining floor plan and company directory documents. Assist with cleaning and stocking of conference room, prepare coffee, assist with breakfast and lunch orders for meetings, and provide coverage for booking meeting conference rooms when needed. Some administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and managing company’s relationship with document storage and shredding services. Receive mail and packages, deliveries and assist with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Bachelors degree required with 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist/front of house experience in finance, professional services or hospitality. Must have great communication skills both oral and written. Team player, friendly and professional to serve as the face of the firm. Must have Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Concur is a plus.
