Boutique and rapidly growing investment advisory firm is seeking a Receptionist/ Junior Administrative Assistant. Reception duties include answering phones, meeting/greeting and seating guests, manage conference room calendars and set up/ breakdown of conference rooms, catering, lobby maintenance, mailing and package coordination. Will assist the Facilities Coordinator with Fresh Direct groceries, Amazon shipments and maintaining office supplies. Room to grow with additional responsibility and potential to provide administrative support to a team.
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of office experience, financial services preferred. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidate should be organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must have strong technical skills including Outlook. Must be a true team player who is attentive, relationship oriented, and enjoys being the front face of the firm.
