Summary
Established fintech firm is seeking an Office Coordinator. Responsibilities include all front of house (meeting and greeting, phone coverage, conference room coordination), heavy calendar management, point of contact with building management, handle onboarding/offboarding, run reports and create PPT decks, coordinate interview process, and ad hoc projects as needed. This role is full time in office.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus 2+ years of administrative/office support experience, financial services or professional services preferred. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills. Must have demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.
