Summary
Boutique executive search firm is seeking a project coordinator to support a few search consultants. Responsibilities are heavy calendar management including scheduling candidates and client meetings, inputting into CRM database, revising resumes and bios, running status reports, preparing PPT decks, and processing expenses. Must be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done!
Qualifications
BA/BS degree plus 5+ years of prior support experience required. Must have worked in a professional services environment. Finance, legal or search experience a plus. Strong MS Office Skills including: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be comfortable with new software and technology, including some experience with a CRM. Strong written and verbal communication required. Must be highly discreet.
