Provide support to the Account Executive team including administrative support in areas pertaining to quality assurance audits, billing, client complaint tracking and client seminar coordination. Help to plan and be onsite and/or at virtual health fairs including technology, materials, staffing and tracking support. Coordination of onboarding new clients including file contracts, submit new account forms, manage billing and pricing and new client orientations. Support AE’s with client meeting preparation and liaise with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met, as needed including marketing, promotions and communications requests. Run monthly reports to track global seminars and ongoing management of client contact list for marketing. Additional project management and support as needed.
BA/BS degree required. Must have 2 -3 years of administrative work experience with a strong attention to detail. Must be organized and comfortable managing multiple on-going projects. Must be proficient in MSOffice Suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable learning new software programs with minimal training. Strong writing and editing skills with examples of prior experiences required.
