Philanthropy Coordinator

Summary

Prestigious non-profit is seeking a Philanthropy Coordinator to support the Philanthropy Officer and the departmental administrative needs. Responsibilities include heavy scheduling and meeting logistics, travel and expenses, track all donor information and charitable donations, manage mailings, interact with vendors, and ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus at least 2 years of administrative support experience. Must have strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint and CRM database skills required). Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be a true team player.
