Global investment management firm is seeking an Orientation Leader / Onboarding Analyst to ensure a top notch experience as new hires join the firm and throughout the employee life cycle. Responsibilities include coordinating and running the weekly orientation, Work closely with new hires completing paperwork, answer questions, and assist the process for a smooth onboarding. Answer questions from employees. Liaise with other departments to ensure timely completion of onboarding checks. Track data utilizing Workday. Take on ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus at least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment, financial services preferred. Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have presentation experience. Event coordination experience a plus. White glove, high touch service experience is required. Strong technical skills in MS Office required. HRIS experience a plus. Must be a strong team player who excels in a fast pace environment.
