Boutique asset manager is seeking an operations coordinator to work closely with the CAO and provide support for daily business activities. Work with team members on company initiatives to keep projects well organized, completed on-time, and in-line with business objectives/goals. Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and Visio for internal/external distribution. Provide support with facilities management activities to keep office workplace running properly and operating safely. Coordinate with building management and outside vendors on routine office maintenance and repair. Help prepare and keep track of ongoing compliance related filings and submissions that are required to maintain company licenses. Perform system configuration tasks and generate reports from third-party corporate training tool.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 3- 5 years of operations support experience ideally in finance and/or mortgages. Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully with team members from different departments and third-party vendors. Must have proven success in a fast paced environment, start up experience preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Must have a strong attention to detail and great organizational skills. Strong technical skills also required. Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
