Office Manager

Summary

Fast growing mental health start-up is looking for an Office Manager to oversee the operations of the NY Office plus minor oversight of other domestic locations. Will be point person with the building/management company regarding any physical office issues, will work with vendors, order additional furniture as needed, order and manage office supplies, liaise with IT team, assist with HR/people ops projects and information tracking, and work on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of relevant office management experience, start up environment experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels. Must excel in a fast paced environment with an ability to be fluid and flexible to change. Must have strong technical skills as well.
