Summary
Exciting Venture Capital firm is seeking an Office Manager to join the Facilities team and manage the receptionist and office coordinator. Act as liaison with all vendors, ensuring that office supplies and food are stocked and ordered as needed. Be the main point of contact with facilities/building management handling office cleaning, security, and access and handling any mechanical issues. Will also set up new hires with their IT and computer equipment. Other responsibilities include managing invoices, supporting HR, and prepare operating agreements. This office manager will also assist with event planning and execution.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of relevant office management experience, preferably within financial services or professional services. Experience working with facilities management, mechanical systems, and vendors is a plus. Should be professional and driven with the ability to own processes. Must be organized with great communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
