Summary
Boutique CT based hedge fund is looking for an Office Manager to run the Stamford office and support the firm’s CEO and other staff as needed. Will handle phone coverage and greeting guests and clients (minimal daily traffic), scheduling internal meetings, conference room and office maintenance, and managing vendor communication and relationships. Will handle calendar management, travel/expenses, and personal work as needed for CEO and other executives as needed. Will also help update company website, create/edit presentations, and provide marketing as well as operations support as needed. Room to grow in the role based on employees strengths and interests.
Qualifications
Completed undergraduate degree is required. Must have 5+ years of relevant administrative support experience. Financial services experienced required. Ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, well-organized problem solver who is comfortable taking on new and increasing responsibilities as the firm grows. Must be resourceful and a true self-starter with a positive attitude. Must be effective with minimal oversight. Hours 8:15-5, with flexibility for OT as needed (minimal required – great work/life balance).
