Summary
Boutique renewable energy company is a seeking an Office Coordinator who will manage the office as well as assist with Legal duties. Assist NY office and C-Level Executives with calendar, scheduling meetings/logistics, ordering lunches, conference calls and travel and expense reports. Will keep office in order, answer phones for the office, order supplies and plan office events/parties including annual investment meeting. Will assist with entity set up, KYC, file management, and getting the case library up to date.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Must be resourceful, positive, creative and a strong team player, with the ability to multi-task. Solid technical skills required. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing/shifting tasks and priorities.
