Office Assistant

Summary

Boutique Law Firm is seeking an Office Assistant for their thriving NYC office. Responsibilities include answering and screening/redirecting calls, meeting/greeting and seating guests, managing the  conference room calendars and setting up/ breaking down of conference rooms, catering, lobby maintenance, mailing and package coordination.  Support office in ordering office supplies, interface with vendors and building management. Will also provide support to legal assistants with general administrative needs of the attorneys and paralegals as needed.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of office experience.  Must have a professional and personable demeanor and have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidate should be organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must have strong technical skills. Must be a true team player who is attentive, relationship oriented, and enjoys being the front face of the firm and managing the office.
