Office Administrative Assistant

Salary: $60-70K
Plus: Bonus
Locations: NYC - Midtown West

Summary

Boutique private equity firm is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to support leadership. Responsibilities include phone coverage, calendar management, gatekeeping, travel and expenses, meeting prep and logistics, and ad hoc projects. Will work closely with CFO on HR and Compliance related tasks. Will be in office daily.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2+ years of relevant office administrative support experience. Must have strong technical skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized with an ability to work closely with a team and autonomously. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Proven success in a fast paced environment is required.
