New Business Coordinator

Summary

Work on the Request For Proposal team managing deadline and process calendar. Help to manage entire RFP process – from review, strategy setting, response coordination, production, and final submission. Play a key role in responding to large RPFs which require completing multi-tab excel grids, organizing numerous relevant attachments, gathering key information from internal leaders, making all deadlines, while managing multiple RFPs at one time.  Implement and use company messaging and marketing materials to promote company.  Will create and edit documents while organizing information in RFP database. Path to promotion in various areas of a leading consulting firm for the right candidate. Role is 100% remote with ability to be in NYC for quarterly meetings and office events.  Great work/life balance working with an amazing team.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required. Must have 2 -3 years of administrative work experience with a strong attention to detail.  Must be organized and comfortable managing multiple on-going projects.  Must be proficient in MSOffice Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.  Comfortable learning new software programs with minimal training. Strong writing and editing skills with examples of prior experiences required.
