Marketing Assistant


Work for a prestigious executive search firm and be responsible for marketing materials for a top producing team. Utilize strong technical skills to create PowerPoint decks, Word documents, weekly reports, client packets, and ad hoc projects as needed to support the marketing effort of the team.


The ideal candidate will have a college degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative setting. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Strong technical skills, especially in PPT and Word. Must be a strong team player, extremely detail oriented, and excels in a fast paced environment. Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done!
