Top Financial Services firm is seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to assist and contribute to managing strategic recruiting efforts. Report to the Global Head of Campus Recruiting and act as a primary point of contact between the internal business, schools, diversity partners and candidates. Assist with the planning of the global intern training program as well as the company’s diversity programs. Work closely with others on the team to execute the campus hiring strategy for intern and full-time hires, with specific responsibility for 3 US offices. Work closely with core school career centers, student clubs and diversity partners to develop and drive recruiting strategies in addition strategize on more non-traditional recruiting. Manage campus recruiting events both virtual and on-campus, including staffing, advertising, content presentations and relevant logistics management. Manage interview and candidate sell strategy, including posting job descriptions, coordinating final round interviews, advising on final hiring decisions, creating offer letters, and supporting a thoughtful sell approach. Utilize the firm’s ATS to track candidate status and provide reporting materials. Assist with planning and management of global summer intern program. Co-lead the mid-summer and end of summer performance review and offer process. Act as point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment process and for interns through summer program.
Completed BA/BS is required along with 3-4 years of experience as a Campus Recruiter. Financial or professional services experience is required. Should have strong communication, interpersonal and technical skills. Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach. Ability to handle lots of details, with strong attention to detail and work under pressure. Must have advanced excel skills and be data driven in decision making. Prior experience using an ATS system is required.
