Summary
Global investment firm is seeking an L&D Associate to focus on D&I learning and training efforts for the firm. In this role, the L&D Associate will develop and implement L&D and D&I programs for the firm including content creation, vendor selection, logistics, and program implementation and evaluation. Work closely with key stakeholders in HR and the line to create trainings that align with the firms goals. Review and evaluate current and potential training vendors to ensure the best resources are being leveraged. Own the process and work closely with the Head of Talent and Diversity.
Qualifications
The ideal candidates must have a college degree plus 5+ years of relevant L&D experience with clear success in building and implementing effective programs. Financial services or professional services experience required. Must have a strong analytical background and be effective in reviewing metrics to enhance programming. Ability to build relationships, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to think outside of the box are required. Strong written and verbal skills with ability to multi-task. Experience with DEI initiatives is preferred.
