Top tier global hedge fund is seeking a Learning and Development manager to develop and implement firm-wide training. Will build training programs for campus rotational program, firm-wide soft skills training, technical skills training, and specific role skills training. Will both develop/lead training and bring in vendors as needed. Work with business leaders to determine skill deficits, manage training budget, and develop/run reports and metrics to determine success and impact of training.
The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus 5-8 years of L&D experience or a combination of L&D/HR. Must have experience in developing training needs/training programs and delivering training modules. Experience conducting technical training a plus. Must have strong project management skills and communication skills. Must have experience developing rapport with business leaders in order to determine their training needs.
