Global top investment firm is seeking an L&D/DEI Coordinator to support the L&D/DEI team. Responsibilities include coordination for all training programs, heavy communication with participants, managers and vendors, answer questions related to on-line and in-person training, create PPT decks outlining the training offerings, review surveys, conduct analysis, and ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus at least one year of relevant coordination experience. Financial services experience and L&D support experience preferred. Must have heavy scheduling and logistical coordination experience, be extremely detail oriented, proven success in a fast-paced work environment, and a strong team player. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and an ability to learn new technology easily. Must have an interest in L&D/DEI.
