Top Financial Services firm is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Coordinator to provide support to the Director of Recruitment. Provide full lifecycle lateral recruitment support including heavy scheduling of interviews, collecting feedback, managing the applicant tracking system and processing expenses. First point of contact to meet and greet candidates and liaise with them to provide a seamless candidate experience. Maintain and update job descriptions, maintain databases with candidate updates, and collaborate with recruiting throughout the offer approval, background check, onboarding process and assist with scheduling of orientation.
Must have a completed Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of prior relevant recruiting coordination or strong administrative support experience in a corporate environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a team player attitude. Must be detail oriented with an ability to multi-task. Strong outlook skills and experience with an ATS or Workday a plus.
