Top tier global financial services firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing the content for global Human Resources including content for employee access. Determine areas of content needed, enhancements, and roll out. Create, organize and maintain content. Develop strategies for content sharing and best practices, train employees on knowledge management tools, and analyze data to enhance offerings.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 8+ years of knowledge management experience, within HR is preferred. Must have experience with ServiceNow or another knowledge/content management platform. Strong communication skills and proven experience engaging with senior management. Collaborative work experience on a global scale. Strong project management experience. Effective in a fast paced environment.
