Leading Investment Banking firm is seeking a high volume, full cycle Recruiter. The Recruiter will work directly with hiring managers, source candidates via no-fee and agency avenues, screen all candidates, manage the candidate through the entire process, manage the offers and work closely with HR team to get new hires onboarded. Special projects include building diversity pipeline of candidates and development of an interviewer training curriculum in addition to other projects as they arise.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7+ years of relevant recruiting experience. Must have either worked in-house within financial services or covered financial services on the agency side covering a multitude of roles. Must have strong assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, be adept at relationship building internally and externally, and experience working with an ATS. Must have a prior experience using the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
