HRIS Manager


Global financial services firm is seeking an HRIS Manager to provide leadership as the technical expert for all development and integrations of Workday modules and components. project manage new module development and implementation, streamline processes, manage relationship with external consultants and work closely with HRBPs on any specific initiatives.


The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10 years of HRIS experience including 5+ years of Workday integration experience or 5+ years of combined integration experience in Workday and a comparable HRIS program. Workday certification preferred plus experience in building complex reports. Must have financial services or management consulting experience. Must have strong project management experience with some people management experience. Must have strong analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven success in a fast paced environment. Must be a great team player.
