Global asset manager is seeking an HR Business Partner to cover multiple areas across the firm with covering about 300 employees. As the HRBP, you will provide a high-touch service to the firm including building strong relationships with the management of each area, handling employee relations issues, talent management, performance management, compensation, and training and development. Will also oversee Benefits and Payroll. Lots of opportunity to work on current projects and to suggest and implement additional projects. Work closely with HR team to provide first class HR support to the firm.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of relevant HRBP experience. Financial services experience is required. Must have a well rounded HRBP/HR Generalist background. Excellent skillset in employee relations, performance management, succession planning and recruiting are required. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in strategic, consultative skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
