Top luxury brand seeks a Senior HRBP to support the growing and successful sales division. Role will be responsible for heavy talent management, management coaching and development, as well as managing ER issues as they arise. Will manage one junior HR professional and 3 contract recruiters for this growing department. Must be willing to roll up sleeves across all HR functions and be excited to help the company through this high growth time and be strategic about future people programs. Will work closely with division President, CHRO and C-Suite.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 8-10+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 5 years as a strategic HRBP. Experience supporting a robust sales division or working at a start up is a plus. Must have proven track record with executive coaching and employee relations. Must have worked in a rapidly growing environment and with minimal structure. Must be a strong team player with top level consultative skills and eager to impact change. Must be willing to work in the weeds and be comfortable working closely with the C-Suite team.
